Harborview Health Systems is actively seeking a Nursing Home Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls on a multi-line system, and handle essential clerical duties. This role supports our daily operations in a care-focused environment and requires a polished, professional appearance.

The position offers daytime hours from 8am to 8:30pm or partial shifts within that window, with comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven setting focused on caring for caregivers and residents.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.

• Business professional dress attire.
