Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. No weekends, No holidays.

Position: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform general administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Cheerful personality and ability to work harmoniously with others.
  • Customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective use of a 10-key calculator.
  • Knowledge of telephone/paging systems and office equipment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Regular attendance required.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
