An established industry player is on the lookout for a dedicated receptionist to join their dynamic team. We are seeking a full-time receptionist to manage moderate incoming call volume and perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, emailing, calling clients, and collaborating with our office managers. The standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be able to answer calls politely and promptly—most calls will be forwarded to one of the four main office managers. The reception area is located at the front of our office, requiring daily face-to-face interactions with clients, mail carriers, FedEx, and UPS drivers.
Additional duties may include processing credit card transactions, assisting with accounts receivable/payable, collections, data entry into our accounting system, and maintaining the reception and copy areas.
