Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing support across various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.

Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.

Support the team with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Perform other general office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus.

Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Mail).
