Job summary

Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Harlingen, TX is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to professionally answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide directions and information.

You will manage sign-in/out badges, assist with administrative tasks, and support daily office operations to ensure a dignified and positive resident experience.

This role is on-site; prior healthcare front desk experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Front office/receptionist experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Professionally answer all incoming calls to the facility.
• Greet and assist all guests of the facility.
• Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
• Issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in/out.
• Assist with administrative duties as directed. (Includes typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.)
