Job summary

Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a welcoming receptionist to join our on-site team. You will professionally handle incoming calls, greet guests, and provide directions and information to visitors, residents, and staff while maintaining a courteous front-desk presence.

The role includes assisting with administrative tasks and badge sign-in/out processes, contributing to a smooth and informed visitor experience within a compassionate healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as front desk/receptionist in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Issue and collect identification badges as representatives sign in/out.




• Assist with administrative duties as directed. (Includes typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.

Qualifications:

• Front office / receptionist experience in a healthcare environment preferred




• Experience with Microsoft office suite
