An expanding real estate company is currently hiring a new Receptionist/Office Secretary. The position is full time, Monday through Friday with flexible hours. Regular opportunities for pay increases based on performance. Excellent benefits are offered after 30 days of employment (including medical, dental, 401k etc.).
Requirements:
Comfortable handling a call system with high volume calls while transferring clients to appropriate associates
Friendly, upbeat and positive attitude
Basic office skills such as scheduling, managing emails, faxing, filing, etc.
