Encompass Medical Group in the Kansas City metro is hiring a full-time Receptionist for our Lee's Summit office. The role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments by phone or in person, handling cash transactions, and maintaining confidentiality.

Hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday. Benefits include competitive pay, PTO, medical/dental/vision, life and long-term disability, plus a $500 sign-on bonus after probation and another $500 after one year.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent with medical terminology knowledge.
• Prior office/clerical experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receives all incoming calls for the department and refers them after collecting all required patient data when appropriate to the appropriate personnel.
• Makes appointments over the phone and in person.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
• Cash collection and deposit.
• Other clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Position Summary:

The receptionist is responsible for all aspects of meeting/greeting patients, appointment scheduling via phone and in person, cash collection and deposit. Maintains good public relations.
