Copper Hills Youth Center in West Jordan, Utah, seeks a friendly receptionist to support the front desk on weekends. This part-time role handles phone inquiries, visitor screening, and basic data entry, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for youths ages 12–17.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to effectively multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Obtain telephone caller's name and direct to appropriate personnel or receive messages and deliver them timely and accurately.
• Direct visitors to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person requested. Includes screening of visitors to ensure clearance to interact with the requested resident.
• Keep a log and schedule of future visitors as well as coordinating with taxi and hotel services as needed.
• Issues visitor's pass as required.
• Data entry.

Receptionist – Part Time Weekends

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a 24/7 secure residential treatment center (behavioral health) for male and female adolescents aged 12 through 17. We counsel, teach and mentor students who have psychiatric disorders. Our goal is to provide treatment that results in positive changes, allowing these youth to return to their families and communities.

Pay Scale

Starting at $15.000 per hour AND UP (based on education and experience) PLUS additional shift differential for weekend hours.
