Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, greet visitors, answer phones, and schedule appointments while supporting daily front office operations to help ensure a smooth clinic flow and access to care.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; prior medical front office experience is a plus.

Position Title

Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive patient experience while supporting clinic flow and access to care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments
• Register patients and accurately enter demographic information
