Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist in Washington state. The role is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, supporting front office operations and clinic flow, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers starting wage of $21.30 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays as needed, and a comprehensive benefits package in a diverse, equity-driven workplace. Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous medical or dental front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.

Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily front office operations. This role plays a key part in creating a positive patient experience while supporting clinic flow and access to care.
