You will handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling, coordinate with Dr.

Baquero, and maintain accurate digital records to support a smooth daily workflow in a private, independently owned practice.

Working alongside Dr. Doly Baquero, who brings more than 20 years of compassionate veterinary experience to our neighborhood, you will play a key role in providing stress-free, personalized Miami-Dade pet care.

About the Role: The Voice of Our Community Clinic

We are seeking a warm, organized, and empathetic Veterinary Receptionist to welcome our Palmetto Bay clients and their beloved pets. In this role, you will help us maintain our quiet, calm, and family-oriented clinic atmosphere.
