Job summary

Emerson Health & Rehabilitation in Spokane, WA is seeking a Rockstar Receptionist for Sundays and Mondays with a part-time schedule and a shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm. You will be the first smile visitors see and the first voice they hear, greeting guests and directing calls.

This role emphasizes friendly, upbeat communication, multitasking across front-desk duties, paperwork, and resident directions. Prior front desk experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and calm demeanor on Mondays are

Position: Receptionist
Location: Emerson Health & Rehabilitation & Rehabilitation, Spokane, WA
Schedule: Part Time - Sunday - Monday

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first smile our visitors see and the first voice they hear

• Answer phones like a pro and direct calls with confidence

• Help team members and residents with anything from paperwork to directions

• Keep the front office tidy, organized, and stress-free (we believe in good vibes only)

• Handle light administrative duties with flair and a little sparkle

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus

• Someone who can keep calm and cheerful—even on a Monday!
