In your role as a Receptionist, you will create a world-class automotive retail experience by being the first contact to greet guests over the phone or in person. You will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet guests in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide assistance to other departments as needed.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
  • Provide necessary information to guests
  • Deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions
  • Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process
  • Assist various departments with special projects as needed

What You Need To Bring To The Table

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
  • Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
  • Commitment to an excellent guest experience - on the phone/email and in the store
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability
  • Must be punctual with solid time-management skills

Salary: $17.95-$30.00/hour

  • Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
