Position Overview
Reporting to the Assistant/General Manager, the Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers in the retail space and on the phone. They create intentional customer experiences by being enthusiastic, personable, and welcoming on every interaction with the store.

- Efficiently manage patient check‑in procedures, verifying documentation and ID to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide basic information about available products, services, and procedures, assisting patients in understanding offerings and benefits.
- Create intentional experiences by building authentic relationships; exceed expectations with exceptional service.
- Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the dispensary’s operations.
- Be knowledgeable about company communications, rollouts, directives, and procedures.
- Abide by all company policies and programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- High school diploma.
- Open availability is preferred; ability to work all required hours, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- All employees must be willing to work two weekend days (Friday–Sunday); management reserves the right to assign days based on workforce needs.
Physical Demands

- Ability to stand and remain on feet for at least 4 hours per shift (part‑time), up to 8 hours per shift (full‑time).
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a POS system.

Compensation
This position starts as a part‑time role at $19.50 per hour plus tips.
