STIIIZY in Pomona, CA is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and share basic information about products and services while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Open availability to work all required hours, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Must work two weekend days (Fri–Sun) as assigned by management.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Assistant/General Manager, the Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers in the retail space and on the phone. They create intentional customer experiences by being enthusiastic, personable, and welcoming on every interaction with the store.

• Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures.
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the dispensary’s operations.
• Be knowledgeable about company communications, rollouts, directives, and procedures.
• Abide by all company policies and programs.

Qualifications

• All employees must be willing to work two weekend days (Friday–Sunday); management reserves the right to assign days based on workforce needs.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and remain on feet for at least 4 hours per shift (part‑time), up to 8 hours per shift (full‑time).
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a POS system.

Compensation

This position starts as a part‑time role at $19.50 per hour plus tips.
