We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Concierge for our Philadelphia office. This position reports to the Office Manager. The Concierge/Reception Professional offers top-tier customer service via phone, email and in person. We are seeking an individual who is highly articulate, motivated, warm, welcoming and very customer-oriented. You will provide prompt, courteous and effective customer-oriented services to guests, visitors and employees. You will make recommendations and offer suggestions, in addition to fulfilling employee and visitor requests. This position requires exemplary hospitality skills, the ability to understand the value of first impressions and some knowledge of the local area. The ideal candidate will have a true passion for helping people, along with the goal of exceeding expectations.
This position is on-site five days per week.
