CANPACK Group is seeking a Receptionist to support the Human Resources and Operations teams at our Lackawanna County facility. The role handles front desk tasks, greets visitors, routes inquiries to HR, and assists with travel logistics and office operations.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least two years of clerical experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.
The Receptionist provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and the Operations Team. This position is responsible for all front desk receptionist duties as well as filtering issues/questions to the appropriate HR professional and assisting with travel arrangements.
Answers phones using appropriate customer service skills. Greets guests, employees, and applicants with a welcoming, helpful attitude, every. Directs inquiries and issues to the appropriate HR professional. Creates employee badges and manages badge access. Assists with domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and/or guests. Provides administrative support sorts and distributes mail. Creating shipping labels for all departments. Provide visitors with the required PPE in accordance with Plant requirements. Maintains office supplies and enters requests as needed. Orders lunch for all departments/visitors. Updates calendars and schedule meetings. Provides support for special events. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 2 years of clerical experience required. Proficient computer/PC skills, including Microsoft Office. HRIS experience preferred. Possesses excellent customer service, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills. Possesses strong interpersonal qualities, written and verbal communication skills
