Job summary

Young Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the team at Pleasant View, UT. As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors, answer calls, and provide administrative support to multiple departments.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and a positive attitude within a family-owned, people-first culture. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4–6 hours per day, on-site at 2529 N US 89 Pleasant View 84404.

As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments. Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Answers incoming calls and greet guests
• Take Messages and ensure timely responses to customers
• Validate Identification for Guests in the check in process
• Completes data entry and various reporting tasks

Qualifications:

• A history of excellent attendance and prior work performance
• Experience in the Transport & Towing industry is preferred

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds for various tasks
