Beautiful Brows Threading Salon & Spa is seeking a full-time bilingual receptionist to join our fast-paced team in New York. The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish, greets guests, schedules appointments, and handles check-out with a polished, guest-focused approach.

You will support our sister locations as needed and contribute to a warm, professional salon experience. We offer a full-time schedule (5 days/week, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM) with Friday and Saturday shifts required, and compensation

NOW HIRING: BILINGUAL SALON RECEPTIONIST. Beauty Salon & Spa | Full-Time Position. We are looking for a high-energy, reliable, and driven individual to join our beauty salon and spa team. The ideal candidate is a high performer who moves with urgency, learns quickly, takes initiative, and is genuinely enthusiastic about the beauty and aesthetics industry. This is an important guest-facing position for someone who is polished, confident, organized, and ready to contribute to the growth of our business. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. We are seeking candidates who are genuinely interested in becoming part of our team—not individuals looking for a temporary role. Applicants must be responsive, professional, and prepared to follow through consistently with interviews, training, and scheduled shifts.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

• Full-time: 5 days per week.
• Hours: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Friday and Saturday availability is required.
• Must be flexible to work between our sister salon locations.
• $17 per hour.
• Must speak English and Spanish.

SERVICE & GUEST EXPERIENCE

• Deliver attentive, polished service from greeting through checkout.
• Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and positive energy.
• Communicate professionally and thoroughly when answering questions.
• Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately.
• Maintain awareness of the salon, client flow, and guest needs.
• Accept payments and complete transactions accurately.
• Recommend and upsell services and beauty products.
• Learn and confidently explain our services, products, and promotions.
• Follow all salon systems, standards, and service workflows.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Support opening and closing procedures as scheduled.
