Beautiful Brows Threading Salon & Spa is seeking a full-time bilingual receptionist to join our fast-paced team in New York. The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish, greets guests, schedules appointments, and handles check-out with a polished, guest-focused approach.

You will support our sister locations as needed and contribute to a warm, professional salon experience. We offer a full-time schedule (5 days/week, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM) with Friday and Saturday shifts required, and compensation

Qualifications

• Experience in salon reception is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Customer-service oriented with professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-out with polished service.
• Answer calls, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately.
• Upsell services and products to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and contribute to a welcoming environment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as scheduled.
