Job summary

The Auto Ranch Group in Mountain Home is seeking a Receptionist/ Cashier to join our fast-paced, friendly team. You will handle front desk duties, answer multi-line phones, greet customers, process payments, and support sales and service staff.

We value strong communication, reliability, and a professional appearance. Training is available, and benefits include health options, retirement plan, paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check
• Drug test
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred, but will train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership multi-line phone, greet and receive prospects and customers, track calls utilizing computer software and CRM
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales, service, and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales and service appointments
• Take payments for service & parts, issue receipts
• Other duties as assigned
