• Communicate with visitors and callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Provide basic dealer information or direct customers to the correct department.
• Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate department or individual, or take a thorough message.
• Assist service customers during the morning and evening when needed.
• Assist with administrative duties as requested.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Receptionist is a team player that combines many of our Fox values when communicating with customers, team members, vendors, and our community. As a Receptionist you are responsible for answering basic inquiries and directing customers. Fox Motors is looking for a Receptionist that loves helping others, has a desire to grow and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

This is an entry level position and great way to start your career.

Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.
