Job summary

Fox Motors is seeking a friendly Receptionist for our Fox Subaru Macomb location in Macomb, Michigan. In this entry-level role you will greet visitors, answer phones, provide basic information, and direct customers to the right department.

You will support service staff during peak times and handle light administrative duties. A high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills are required; multitasking in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Receptionist is a team player that combines many of our Fox values when communicating with customers, team members, vendors, and our community. As a Receptionist you are responsible for answering basic inquiries and directing customers. Fox Motors is looking for a Receptionist that loves helping others, has a desire to grow and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry level position and great way to start your career. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.
• Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department

• Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed.
• Assists with administrative duties as requested.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
