Fox Motors is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Technician at Fox Marquette Subaru. You will diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards while delivering excellent customer service and building trust with customers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related automotive repair experience or training.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certifications preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs to dealership and factory standards.
• Collaborate with parts, service advisors and the service manager to complete jobs on time.
• Document all work and findings clearly on repair orders.

Fox Motors has an opening for a full-time Automotive Service Technician at Fox Marquette Subaru. Sign-On & Relocation Perks

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (based on your current certifications).

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions, performing repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and factory standards.

• Collaboration: Partner with the parts department to source required components and maintain open communication with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to complete jobs on time.

• Documentation: Outline all completed work and findings clearly on repair orders.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: At least one year of related automotive repair experience and/or training (or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience).

• Certifications: Valid driver's license is required. ASE Certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

• Mindset: A strong drive to perform in a growing environment and a focus on customer satisfaction.
