Job summary

Progressive Quality Care Inc is seeking an Afternoon Receptionist at The Avenue at Medina, a post-hospital rehab and skilled nursing facility. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, staff, and visitors.

Key duties include answering and routing calls, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining resident census, and coordinating paging and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
