Asbury Communities in Mechanicsburg, United States, is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role requires a welcoming demeanor, strong communication, and efficient task management in a busy office environment.

We offer a PRN position with hours 6:30am to 3:00PM on Saturdays and Sundays (every other weekend) and a pay rate of $17.25 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and a 401K

Formación

• Proven customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email systems.
• Prior experience in an office environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for office records
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
