Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking a Receptionist to project a professional image to donors, visitors, and the public. The role involves handling calls, greeting guests, and performing clerical tasks under the Director of Business Services. Overtime eligibility is noted.
Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of clerical experience; experience as a switchboard operator or receptionist is preferred, with full-time 40 hours per week and $15.00 per hour pay.
The position of Receptionist is instrumental in setting the impression of the Youth Ranches to donors, visitors, and general public. The Receptionist processes internal and external telephone calls and greets visitors. In addition, clerical duties are performed as time permits. The Receptionist is directly responsible to the Director of Business Services. This position is eligible for overtime pay.
