Universal Health Services, LifeWorks School in Levittown, PA, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to support operations for the LifeWorks Day School. The role runs 8:30am–2:45pm during school sessions, with Extended School Year days possible and additional days for school projects as needed.

You will provide administrative support to students, teachers, administration and staff, requiring strong communication and time-management skills in a fast-paced educational setting.

Qualifications

• High school degree required, college degree preferred.
• Written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in various computer software programs, databases, etc.
• Ability to interact with staff, outside agencies, families and students.

The LifeWorks School is currently hiring for a full-time Receptionist to support our LifeWorks Day School in Levittown, PA. The hours for this position are 8:30am to 2:45pm when school is in session. The position also requires working the Extended School Year program as well other additional days may be requested for school related projects.

The Receptionist will provide administrative support in daily operational functioning and support to students, teachers, administration, and other ancillary staff.
