Job summary

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to support the Radiology department. The role involves greeting patients, directing them, and performing front-desk tasks.

You will schedule appointments, collect payments, update demographic information, and assist staff. A High School Diploma is required, with an Associate degree preferred. This position offers benefits and opportunities within Lifepoint Health network.

• Ensures patients get any needed orders when checking out/ schedules as needed.
• Collects co-payments at time of service and accurately post payments to patient account
• Works front desk queues.
• Scans documents to the patient's chart.
• Completes/ faxes forms, obtain provider signatures.
• Orients new staff as assigned.
• Travels to satellite locations.

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is seeking a full-time Receptionist in Johnstown, PA. The Receptionist is responsible for assisting Physician's in providing good customer service and direction to all patients within the Radiology department.
