Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a receptionist to join a growing veterinary network at our Indianapolis location. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and coordinate care with compassion while maintaining accurate records and schedules.

You’ll handle financial transactions, educate clients on preventative care, and support the hospital in delivering high-quality medical service. A friendly, organized, and team-oriented approach is essential, with flexible weekends/holidays

We are dedicated primarily to complex procedures, including orthopedic repair, specialized surgical oncology, and demanding skin reconstruction techniques. Our leadership team includes a specialist Diplomat certified in both ABVP and ACVS, alongside another Diplomate ACVS who is also Penn Hip certified, bringing an elite level of experience to every case. While we offer general pet wellness and emergency stabilization as needed, your daily focus will be on challenging surgical cases, ensuring you always operate at the peak of advanced specialized veterinary practice.
