Job summary

JLL in Franklin, TN is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first contact for employees, guests, and vendors, delivering essential administrative support in a welcoming, professional environment.

You will greet visitors, manage calls, coordinate packages, support conference room scheduling, and assist with badging and site leadership calendar tasks, while maintaining a positive, proactive service mindset onsite.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, office administration, or related environments
  • Experience supporting front desk or reception operations in a professional setting
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work full-time onsite and maintain a flexible schedule when needed for event support
  • Associate degree or completion of college coursework
  • 3+ years of administrative, workplace, or facilities support experience
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced office environment
  • Background in hospitality, commercial real estate, or corporate office settings
  • Familiarity with visitor management, badging, or workplace service coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Assist with office and building maintenance scheduling and help resolve issues related to workplace services

What this job involves

Full Time - 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; flexibility required occasionally for onsite event support
