North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL, is hiring a Receptionist to provide frontline administrative support in our facilities. You will greet visitors, answer calls, route messages, and coordinate meetings, contributing to smooth patient flow and outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, roughly one year of clerical experience, and a professional appearance. This role requires flexible scheduling including overtime as needed.

How You'll Contribute

The Receptionist provides administrative support, performs as a receptionist, as well as clerical and customer service functions, as well as non-technical duties in Practices or Departments. Additional responsibilities include:

• Greets visitors and communicates with patients, providers, and other offices, departments, or facilities.
• Places, answers, and directs phone calls and distributes messages.
• Organizes, coordinates, and schedules meetings and appointments.
• Other job duties as assigned
