Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to greet patients, answer multi-line phones, sign patients in and out, and collect insurance information. You will perform data entry into EHR systems, schedule appointments, and provide patients with support while maintaining a friendly, efficient front-desk environment.

Summary

Medical Receptionists directly interact with patients collecting and providing information concerning the patients’ medical care. Receptionists also work closely with other staff to ensure effective communication.
