Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls.
- Responding to emails and general inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries.
- Providing information to visitors, clients, and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following
- Maintaining records, filing documents, and updating databases.
- Managing office supplies and placing orders when needed.
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing meeting spaces.
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position
- Knowledge of office procedures and administrative practices.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and telephone etiquette.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of recordkeeping and filing systems.
- Knowledge of confidentiality and professional workplace standards.

Education/experience requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or related office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment preferred.
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the position.
