Job summary

Complete Care at Groton Regency in Groton, CT is hiring a part-time Receptionist to welcome visitors and handle calls. The role includes evenings 5-7pm, 12:30p-7p Wednesdays, and every other weekend 9am-5pm.

The incumbent will answer phones, greet staff and residents, maintain a tidy reception area, and use Microsoft Office applications daily. Prior LTC/SNF exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must be a supportive team member and show teamwork.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, staff, visitors and public.
• Basic computer skills.
