The Salvation Army Cincinnati West Side Corps is seeking a friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact and provide essential administrative, organizational, and communication support. This on-site role supports Corps Officers with calendar management, email correspondence, and coordination of events and donations.
The position is non-exempt and part-time (25–29 hours weekly), with a schedule on weekdays from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, including a 30-minute lunch.

FUNCTION: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for The Salvation Army Cincinnati West Side Corps and plays a vital role in supporting the Corps Officers. This position provides administrative, organizational, and communication support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the corps. The individual in this role will assist with office organization, scheduling, email communication, reporting, and coordination of corps events and activities.
