Job summary

Warren Barr South Loop in Chicago, IL is seeking Receptionists to support our skilled nursing facility. We have both full-time and part-time openings with AM and overnight shifts.

You will greet guests, answer and direct calls, and assist with mail and clerical tasks to help residents receive excellent care. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior receptionist or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Receptionist.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide office/clerical support to the facilities team.
• Greet all facility guests and direct calls and guests to the appropriate party.

As a Receptionist at Warren Barr South Loop, you are instrumental in the efficiency of operations throughout the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by providing office/clerical support to the facilities team, greeting all facility guests, directing calls and guests to the appropriate party and receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent;

• Prior experience as a Receptionist;

• One (1) year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
