Job summary

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have:

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of experience as a Social Services Designee in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Social work or similar field
• Five (5) years of related experience is preferred
