Job summary

Warren Barr South Loop in Chicago, IL is seeking motivated Receptionists to join our skilled nursing team. The role involves greeting residents and visitors, directing calls, and providing clerical support to the facilities team to ensure smooth daily operations.

As a receptionist, you will help maintain an organized reception area, coordinate mail and deliveries, and support residents and staff with professionalism and care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior receptionist experience preferred.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and direct calls to the appropriate party.
• Provide office/clerical support to the facilities team.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail; maintain reception area.

As a Receptionist at Warren Barr South Loop, you are instrumental in the efficiency of operations throughout the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by providing office/clerical support to the facilities team, greeting all facility guests, directing calls and guests to the appropriate party and receiving, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent;


• Prior experience as a Receptionist;


• One (1) year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
