Lifespace Communities is seeking a friendly Receptionist for Oak Trace in Downers Grove, IL. You will greet residents and visitors, answer phones, handle light administrative tasks, and support the front-entry operations to ensure smooth daily activity.

The pay range is $17.11-$23.51+ per hour, and no prior experience is required; a willingness to learn helps you grow within our mission-driven team. This role emphasizes courteous service and teamwork across departments.

• Perform minor financial transactions (selling stamps, community food certificates, fax and/or photocopying).
• Notify residents, guests, and team members of severe weather via paging system and/or phone calls.
• Receive and ensure distribution of mail and other deliveries to the appropriate person or department.
• Perform administrative tasks for supervisor, residents and guests as requested.
• Maintain and update all informational communication channels for residents.
• Perform set up and close down procedures of receptionist/front entry area.
