You will be the face of R&R — the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners. Your warmth, organization, and reliability help create the seamless, professional environment that reflects our reputation as a premier design/build firm.
Professionalism & Presence – Represent R&R with a polished, welcoming demeanor at all times.
Communication – Clearly and warmly communicate with clients, vendors, and team members — both verbally and in writing.
Organization & Planning – Maintain a structured, detail-oriented approach to scheduling, records, and daily office operations.
Team Collaboration – Work cooperatively with all internal departments, supporting a respectful and efficient work environment.
Client Focus – Make every visitor and caller feel valued, heard, and taken care of from the first point of contact.
Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in messages, scheduling, data entry, and all client-facing communications.
Work Ethic – Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative and ownership of the front desk experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree
Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to quickly learn and adapt to company-specific scheduling software
Experience managing multi-line phone systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
