Job summary

Champion Home Builders in Burleson, Texas is seeking a Receptionist / HR Assistant to welcome visitors and support our front office with professionalism and a can‑do attitude.

You will greet guests, assist applicants and vendors, answer calls, manage calendars, file and scan documents, and help the HR team with scheduling and data handling while promoting the Champion spirit.

Qualifications

• 3 years of receptionist/front desk experience.
• 3 years scheduling calendars and events in Microsoft Office.
• 3 years data filing and data management with sensitive information.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer calls, serving as the first point of contact.
• Assist applicants, recruitment, engagement and HR support.

Receptionist / HR Assistant

What You'll Do

Greet everyone that comes in the door. Assist with applicants, recruitment, engagement and assistance. Answer calls from customers and clients that have questions about their homes, future employees looking for work and vendors and partners that visit our plant. Responsible for filing, scanning, data management, coordinating shipping and the mail as it comes in the front. As the receptionist, you'll be the first to come into contact and share the Champion spirit with clients, applicants, employees, contractors, and other visitors.

What You Bring

• 3 years of experience with receptionist and front desk assistance for applicants and visitors
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft office scheduling calendars and events
• 3 years of filing and data management with sensitive data
• Bi-lingual is preferred.

This role is active and hands‑on. While being the advocate at the front desk, you will also assist the HR Team with documents, applications, phone calls and scheduling. you will be walking the office, lifting boxes, inspecting equipment, and interacting with teams daily.
