Job summary

Riverton Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a part-time receptionist to welcome residents, families, and staff while ensuring smooth daily front-desk operations. The role emphasizes professional communication, organization, and timely handling of calls, emails, and correspondence.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office; prior receptionist experience is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office activities and support facility operations.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail professionally and promptly.
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support basic bookkeeping and recordkeeping tasks as needed.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders.
• Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and office environment.
• Perform other duties to support office efficiency and resident services.

Responsibilities for Receptionist:

• Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly.
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
• Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services.
