Job summary

Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a part-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the facility, handling front desk tasks and coordinating communications across departments.

The position covers 7:30am–4pm every other weekend and 4pm–8pm on three weekdays, with Daily Pay and a pay rate of $17-$20/hour. Prior receptionist experience and strong organizational skills are preferred to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily office activities and support facility operations.
• Manage calls, emails, mail, packages, and other communications professionally.
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure stock levels.
• Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
• Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and office environment.
• Perform other duties to support office efficiency and resident services.

Responsibilities for Receptionist:

• Coordinate daily office activities and support overall facility operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, packages, and other communications professionally and promptly.
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Support basic bookkeeping and administrative recordkeeping tasks as needed.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare and submit timely reports as requested by leadership.
• Assist colleagues and departments with administrative support as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support office efficiency and resident services.

Qualifications for Receptionist:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, including Excel.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or related field preferred.
