Three to five years of Supervisory experience preferred.**Certification and Licensure**N/A**Skills and Abilities** Reception Team Leader will learn the receptionist's job duties and perform them when the need arises and be put onto a management call schedule. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of internet software, payroll systems, spreadsheet software, billing and patient appointment software and word processing software to include Word, Excel and Power Point. **Special Physical Demands**While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; reach with hands and arms. handling, fingering, feeling and stoop, kneel or crouch and see.
