## Registered Nurse, Telemetry - DaysApply: Onsite: Mercyhealth Freeport Hospital - Freeport, IL: Part time: Posted 3 Days Ago: 45265-1**OVERVIEW** Provides patient care by assessing patients, giving medications and treatments, creating individualized care plans, and documenting care.
