THE PIG-in the Cotswolds is seeking a warm, confident Reception Manager to lead our team of Receptionists and shape every guest’s first impression. You will oversee front office operations, coordinate with departments and ensure a consistently relaxed, personal stay.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Reception Manager or within a similar role is essential.
• Knowledge of Opera Fidelio is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Connect departments, anticipating guest needs and ensuring information is available.
• Own front office operations and set the day’s tone across the hotel.
• Lead and develop the reception team to deliver a brilliant guest experience.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, room allocations and guest requests with accuracy.
