Job summary

Encore Senior Living in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and help keep the front desk organized.

You will collaborate with care teams, support smooth operations, and create a warm, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and answer front desk inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating with departments to stay organized.
• Provide a calm, caring, and professional presence at the reception.
• Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
