System Transport is seeking recent graduate CDL-A flatbed drivers for regional routes with home-most weekends. The role offers a $1,800 transition package (including $1,000 orientation pay) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with match.

Orientation is paid, with travel and lodging provided as needed in Spokane, WA. Pay is competitive: $0.65–$0.69 per mile and weekly pay ranging from about $1,018 to $2,152, depending on experience

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Must have a valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A)
• REQUIRED: 6+ months of driving experience required (Recent CDL-A grads: we will train)
• REQUIRED: A safe driving record on the road
• REQUIRED: Must be 21 years of age or older
• REQUIRED: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• REQUIRED: Background check
• REQUIRED: Clean drug test
• REQUIRED: Clean Clearinghouse results
• REQUIRED: Able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform (training during orientation)

Responsibilities

• Drive regional and OTR routes delivering goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, and building materials
• Operate late-model equipment with modern safety technology
• Attend orientation and training sessions, then begin assignments
• Receive pay packages including various accessorial pays and bonuses
