System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed driver roles with home weekends. You can earn a competitive pay package including per-mile and accessorial pays, with a guaranteed orientation and paid training if needed. Orientation is provided in Spokane, WA, with benefits and a 1,800 transition package.

Applicants must have a CDL-A, meet safety standards, and pass background and drug tests. Numerous pay components and benefits accompany the role, including 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• REQUIRED: 6+ months driving experience (for Recent CDL-A grads, training provided).
• REQUIRED: Safe driving record.
• REQUIRED: 21 years of age or older.
• REQUIRED: No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years.
• PREFERRED: 1 year truck driving experience.
• REQUIRED: Background check.
• REQUIRED: Clean drug test.
• REQUIRED: Clean Clearinghouse results.
• REQUIRED: Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp (tested during orientation).

Responsibilities

• Operate regional and occasional OTR flatbed routes within the Midwest/US.
• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and metals.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies.
